Biography

Developing Advances in Tumor Metastasis Mechanisms and Molecular Imaging Diagnosis

Dr. Ye Qin is a Research Assistant at the Molecular Imaging Center, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, CAS. She received her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Institute of Medical Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Medical Science and Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) in 2014.

Before joining SIMM in 2022, she served as a Post-doctor at the Women’s Cancer Research Center, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, University of Pittsburgh (2016-2019), and as a Lecturer/Associate Professor at the Medical College of China Three Gorges University (2014-2022).

Her main research directions include tumor metastasis mechanisms, and molecular imaging diagnosis and treatment. Her research interests span across Molecular Imaging and the petrochemical industry.
